A new composite image. I made the background in Photoshop, starting with a photo of the Andromeda galaxy and styling it up a bit. The trickiest part of this render was perfecting the lighting to have the sharp contrast on the figures while still keeping the dark sides of the wood blocks sufficiently visible.
